Additional performers

A few hours ago, DJ Rashida was added to the Additional performers section without any references. WP:ORIGINAL, so I'm removing it. I've been unable to find a mention in any review, or even on the various Scarlet Fever related pages. Videos made by the band rehearsing for Lollapalooza do not include DJ Rashida. So, I'm more inclined to think of this DJ as separate from the band itself.

The only mention I've found of DJ Rashida with Cee Lo is opening for Rihanna's Loud tour -- without the band. (Those reviews were not good, and neither are the reviews of Lollapalooza.)

In general, for example, I've not included backup singers who aren't mentioned as part of the band itself (there have been in any number of past performances).
